Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
15 oz. can black beans3 eggs3 Tablespoons vegetable oil1/4 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened1 pinch salt1 tsp. vanilla3/4 cup sugar1 tsp. instant coffee
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease 8x8 inch square pan.
Mix sugar and cocoa in medium bowl.
Drain and rinse black beans.
Blend beans, eggs, oil, salt, vanilla, & instant coffee.
Add to dry indredients and pour into pan.
Bake 30 minutes.
