Katie's Italian Mini Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 1/2 LB 93% Ground beef4 TBS Italian seasoning2 Cloves of garlic, minced1/2 White onion, chopped 4 TBS Oregano2 eggs1/2 C Grated cheese1 Cup bread crumbs1 can tomato paste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400...Mix everything except half a can of tomato paste together, form into a loaf. Cover with the other half of tomato paste and a little sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Put in a pan, and cook for 45 minutes or until fully cooked. You can also make them into smaller loaves and it will take a bit shorter to cook.
