Apple Crumb Pie

Ingredients
Apples, fresh, 7 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb Granulated Sugar, .75 cup Flour, white, 2 TbspCinnamon, ground, 1/2 tsp Pie crust, graham cracker, 1 pie shell (9" dia)1 large egg white, slightly beaten Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed Butter, unsalted, 3 tbspFlour, white, .5 cup
Directions
Brush ready made pie shell with egg white and bake for 5 minutes in a 375 degree F oven. Remove. Peel, core, and slice apples. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples. Toss so that apples are coated. Place apples in the baked pie shell. Combine brown sugar, flour, and butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over top of the apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until apples are tender.
