Shuppie Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces3 tbls low-sodium soy sauce3 tbls olive oil2 tbls rapadura1 tbls honey1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 cup sesame seedsdash of pepperdash of cinnamondash of ginger
Directions
combine all ingredients in bowl (except the chicken pieces), mixing well

add chicken pieces and stir to coat

cover and refrigerate for at least two hours

preheat oven to 350

place chicken pieces onto baking sheet, cover with marinade

bake for 5 minutes, stir, then bake for 5 or more minutes (until chicken is done) careful to not overcook

serve with fresh veggies (onion pieces, broc, squash, etc)

Serving Size: makes 4 large servings (more if you serve with rice)
