Leftover Fish Chowder

Ingredients
3 oz. cooked white fish. (I generally use Tilapia)1 small white potato diced1/4 cup of chopped onion1/4 cup of diced carrot1 cup chicken broth1/2 cup skim milk1/2 t white pepper1 t. dill weed
Directions
Dice potato carrot and onion, put into small saucepan with chicken broth. Cook until tender. Add white pepper, dill weed, leftover cooked fish and milk and cook until heated through.
Makes 2 one cup servings
