Spicy Stir-Fried Tofu with Bok Choy

Ingredients
Tofu, firm, 453.5 grams (remove) *Peanut Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) *Bell Pepper Red, fresh, 230 gram (remove) Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove) Scallions, raw, 4 large (remove) *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 3 cup (remove) *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove) *Chili Garlic Sauce, Sriracha, 1 tsp (remove)1/2 cup water
Directions
Cook tofu in 1T oil. Set aside. Add remaining oil and add red bell pepper until soft (3 minutes) followed by garlic and scallions (1 minute) and then bok choy. Add 1/2 cup water and cook until water evaporates. Add soy sauce and chili paste.
