Garden Pasta Salad

2 cups whole wheat rotini1/3 cup mayonnaise1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt2 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp red wine vinegar1 clove garlic, minced1/8 tsp salt1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved1 cup bell pepper, chopped1 cup carrots, grated1/2 cup scallions, chopped1/2 cup kalamata olive, pitted and chopped1/3 cup slivered basil
1. Boil and drain pasta accordning to package. Refresh under cold water and allow to drain thoroughly.
2. Whisk mayo, yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, garlic and salt in a large bowl.
3. Add pasta and toss to coat.
4. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
