Meatless Crumbles - 1cupfrozen peas - 1 cuponion - finely chopped, about 1/2 cuptomato - 1 big oneginger root (1 slice)Seasonings: turmeric, coriander, cumin, paprika, salt + a dash of garam masala before serving
toss everything in the slow cooker, add about 1/2 cup water and cook on High for a couple of hours, turn setting to low and cook for the remaining time. Takes about 4-6 hours depending on your slow cooker. I have a small 1.5 qt one, and 4 hours is plenty for this recipe.
