Smoked Salmon Mousse

Ingredients
4 oz smoked salmon8 oz low fat cream cheese1/3 cup diced red onion1 tsp lemon juice (to taste)1 tsp dried dill1 tsp dried parsley
Directions
Remove skin from salmon and crumble, removing any bones. Put all ingredients in food procesor and process until smooth and somewhat fluffy. Chill for flavors to blend if you have the time. Make approximately 1 3/4 cup
