Chickpea/Garbanzo Bean "Chicken" Patties

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, liquid reserved3/4 cup old fashioned or quick oats1 tsp minced garlic1 tbsp olive oil1/4 tsp salt
Directions
In a food processor or blender, process chickpeas in 1/4-cup reserved liquid. Transfer to large bowl. Add oats and garlic. Mix, adding additional oats and/or reserved liquid as necessary to create the necessary consistency to form patties that will stay together.

Form 4 patties and sautee in the oil. Sprinkle with salt.
