Ingredients
3 oz. ground elk/turkey1/2 c. chopped onion1/2 c. chopped red pepper1/2 c. chopped mushrooms (optional)1 c. broccoli spears1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce1 green salad2 tsp. full-fat salad dressing, your choice
Directions
Grill ground turkey/elk patty. Saute onion, red pepper, and mushrooms in 1 tsp. whipped butter and serve over turkey patty. Serve with steamed broccoli, applesauce, and green salad with salad dressing.
