Barilla Plus Rotini with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Walnuts, Basil and Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients
1 box Barilla Plus Rotini1 cup walnuts, chopped1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil and herbs2 cloves garlic1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil2 cups broccoli1/3 cup parmesan cheese1/2 cup fresh basilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
cook pasta according to directions. meanwhile, saute walnuts until lightly brown. place in large salad bowl, add sun-dried tomatoes with some of the oil, garlic and olive oil. add broccoli florets to boiling water (with pasta) for last 3 minutes. drain, add pasta and broccoli to salad bow. add parmesan cheese and basil. season with salt and pepper. mix well and serve. (original recipe calls for 1 cup parmesan)
