Sauteed Rapini

Ingredients
Rapini, 400 gram(s) *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 6 cloves
Directions
Heat oil with chopped garlic over medium heat in medium saucepan. Don't burn garlic. Wash rapini, cut off bottom of stems. Coarse cut (or don't). Add rapini to pan, and mix until even cook with oil and garlic. reduce to low, and cook for 10-15 minutes, until rapini is of desired tenderness. Salt/pepper optional. Hot sauces work as well. Makes 4 servings.
