Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients
TomatoesCornQuorn GroundsZucchiniSweet PeppersOnionsOlive OilGarlicFrank's Hot SauceCuminChili PowderSweet PaprikaCayanne
Directions
Use large pot
Heat olive oil and saute minced garlic and chopped onions until soft
Chop zucchini and pepper and add to pot
Chop whole tomatoes roughly and add to pot
Add quorn (2 packages) and corn
Add spices to taste
Cover and let simmer, with occasional stirring, for at least an hour and half, the longer the better.

Makes 10 1.5-cup servings

Optionally top with shredded cheese or sour cream
