4 cups Frozen peas, microwaved about 3 minutes - peas should be bright green1.40 cup Cheddar Cheese, diced.50 cup Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise.50 cup Litehouse Ranch Dressing.50 cup halves and whole pieces Cashew Nuts1 Tablespoon shallots or green onions, chopped
Microwave peas for three minutes or cook on stove. Peas should still be crispy and bright green. Cool under water in a
colander.
Add all the rest of the ingredients to the cooked peas and mix thoroughly. Chill and serve.
