Ingredients
8 C. frozen hash brown potatoes (2 lb package)1 1/2 C. ham, prok, turkey, or shrimp (optional)1 1/2 c Colby and Jack Cheese shredded6 eggs2 3/4 C 1% milk1 1/2 tsp salt free all purpose seasoning (Mrs. Dash)3/4 tsp salt2/3 tsp black pepper
Directions
Bake 400 degrees 45 to 55 minutes or until eggs are set in center. Let cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.
