Esther's Apple Banana Salad

Ingredients
3 cups Apples, peeled 3 cups Bananas, sliced.33 cup Apple Cider Vinegar1 can evap. milksugar (approx 1/4 cup)apple cider vinegar to over the top of sugardry mustard (approx 1/2 tsp) ... (to taste)
Directions
Peel apples and slice
Peel bananas and slice
Mix mustard and sugar in 2 c. measuring cup w/fork.
Cover w/vinegar to approx 1/8th inch above sugar.
pour milk SLOWLY and beat at same time.
Pour over apples and bananas and gently stir until all covered, top with nutmeg.
