cauliflower-500gchillies -2 slicedcoriander powder-1tspcumin powder-0.3tsphing-0.25tspturmeric-0.25ghee- 3tbsp.dry mango powder-7gpaprika-0.25tspsalt as per taste
cut the cauliflower florets into bite sized pieces. put them in turmeric water. drain and wash them again in the sieve. let all the water drain. Heat ghee in the nonstick pan. add chillies, turmeric hing. saute for a while. Add the florets . Stir so that all the oil coats the florets. add salt and stir. Turn the flame high. cook for few min. mix coriander, cumin paprika, and dry mango powder. Sprinkle over the florets. cover and cook. after few min toss the veggies.again sprinkle the spice mixture over the florets, cover and cook till the florets are tender. Serve as a side dish.
