Ingredients
moong dal-120g, olive oil,=0.33tsp,chilly green sliced-2 mustard seeds, -0.25tspginger-o.25tspwater 7 ladles fullsalt as per taste.
Directions
Wash moong dal. pressdure cook for 10 min. Heat oil in a pan. add sliced chilli, ginger, cumin, mustard seeds hing, turmeric powder. Saute them for few seconds. add little water. Add dal . add salt, paprika. Simmer for few min. add cilantro. serve with rice.
