Baby Bok Choy Salad

Ingredients
4 cups baby bok choy, shredded2 tbsp pecans1/4 cup dried cranberries1 green onion, sliced thinlyDressing:2 tbsps olive oil1 tbsp red wine vinegar1 tsp soy sauce2 tsps sugar or sweetener equivalent
Directions
Toss the salad ingredients together.

Mix dressing in a screw top jar (shake shake shake). Pour on salad and toss. Yummy!
