Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, 1/4 cup, packed Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/4 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Flour, white, 1 cupBaking Soda, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Semisweet chocolate, 1/2 cup chips Baking Powder, 1/4 tsp Black Walnuts, 1/3 cup, chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift flour with baking soda and salt. Add sugars, applesauce vanilla and egg. Mix together until moistened. Add chocolate chips and black walnuts. Drop with 2 tbsp scoop onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
