Roasted Zucchini and Yellow Squash

Ingredients
2 lrg Zucchinis2 lrg yellow squash3 tsp of minced garlic1 T of Kosher salt2 t of ground black pepper3 T of olive oil
Directions
Cut veggies in cubes and toss with remaining ingredients in a bowl or large zip top bag.
Place in a single layer on a large backing sheet covered with foil. Roast for 20 min at 450, turning 1 or twice. Broil for the 10 min, turning so they don't burn.
