1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes1/4 c olive oil1 tsp. each salt, pepper, and dried oregano2 garlic cloves, crushed
Slice tomatoes in half and place in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Add salt, pepper, oregano and garlic. Bakes and 350 for 20 minutes. Turn off oven and leave the tomatoes inside until cooled. Serve with crostini or toss with pasta.
