6 oz raw shrimp1 bag frozen gumbo vegetables1 can no salt added tomatoes3 slices turkey bacon1 cup milkcayenne pepperblack peppersaltred pepper flakes
Cut bacon into thin strips and brown in large skillet. Once crispy stir in vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, milk and shrimp and spices. Cook until shrimp is pink, about 5 minutes. Serve over grits or rice. Rice and grits are not added into nutrition value.
