Keri's Tuna Salad

Ingredients
Sweet Pickle Relish, 3 tbsp Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 cans Dijon Mustard, 4 tsp Celery, raw, 1/4 cup, diced Fresh Basil, 5 leaves Pepper, black, .1/4 tsp Greek Yogurt, Plain, Non-Fat 3 oz Cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp Garlic, 1 clove or a 1/2 of pureed garlicFresh Parsley 1/2 tbsp
Directions
Drain tuna, break up in bowl. Add relish, Dijon, finely chopped celery, chopped basil leaves, chopped parsley, pepper, yogurt, cayenne and garlic.

Mix thoroughly and enjoy in between two slices of your favourite bread - I like rye caraway or dark rye.
