Cinnamon Buns - No Yeast

Ingredients
Dough *Flour, white, 2 cup * Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp * Baking Powder, 4 tsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Butter, salted, 3 tbsp (softened) * Milk, 1%, 0.75 cup Filling * Butter, salted, 4 tbsp (softened) * Brown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked * Cinnamon, ground, 3 tsp
Directions
For filling, in small bowl combine softened butter, brown sugar and cinnamon to form a crumbly mixture

Sprink 1/2 mixture over the bottom of a 9X9 pan

In large bowl mix together first 4 Dough ingredients

Cut in softened butter

Stir in milk to form a soft dough

Roll out dough on lightly floured counter into a rectangle about 1/4 thick

Spread the remaining filling on the rolled out dough

Roll up rectangle, with a sharp knife slice into 18 rolls

Bake for 20-25min at 400F

Once finished drizzle with frosting (not part of recipe)
