Sweet Potato & Onion Puffs

Ingredients
3 Avg. Size Sweet Potato's Sliced Thinly3 Avg. Size Cooking Onions Sliced Thinly3 TBSP. Vegetable Oil12 Pillsbury Weiner Wraps (2 packages)Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder to taste
Directions
Using a non-stick griddle, cook potatos and onions with the vegetable oil until soft. Use a spatula to break up the potato and onion into smaller bits.

PreHeat Oven to 375
Evenly divide the potato & onion mixture into the 13 weiner wraps and bake for approx. 15 minutes.
