Pressure Cooker Beef with Gravy

Ingredients
1 chuck roast (2-3 lbs)1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet2 pkgs brown gravy mix or equivalent1 1/2 to 2 cups water1/2 tbsp dried shallots
Directions
Rub Kitchen Bouquet over roast, place in pressure cooker. Sprinkle with shallots. Mix gravy mix with water, pour over roast. Put lid on cooker, bring to pressure and cook for 45 minutes. Let pressure come down naturally. Remove roast and cook down gravy if necessary. Serve over potatoes, rice or whatever.
