Easy Mexican Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
One pkg. Mexican Rice with Corn4 skinless boneless chicken breasts2 cups water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 13 X 9 inch pan layer the rice, add the water and then place the chicken on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes..you may use frozen chicken breasts, if so, follow the package directions for cooking time. You may also season the chicken with Goya Adobo Seasoning if so desired.

Makes 4 equal servings...enjoy!
