Honey Ginger Soy Salmon

Ingredients
12 oz Salmon (4 3oz fillets)1/4 cup Honey1/4 cup Soy Sauce1 ts (or to taste) freshly grated ginger root.
Directions
Whisk together honey soy sauce and ginger, pour into a gallon sized ziploc bag. Put salmon fillets in the bag. Marinate 30-40 minutes.

Remove fish from bag and grill or bake until done.
