crab salad for sandwiches

Ingredients
6 ozs canned crab.25 c lite 3 cheese blend1 T grated parmesan cheese32g sliced black olives1 c chopped fresh spinach3 ozs marinated artichoke hearts (chopped)2 T lite mayo2 t dijon mustard
Directions
Mix all ingredients and use for filling in a sandwich or stuff a tomato or other veggie.
