Stuffed peppers

Ingredients
Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedCarrots, raw, .5 cup, choppedCelery, raw, .5 cup, dicedWild Rice, 3 cupYellow Peppers (bell peppers), 5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Wegmans Colby Jack Cheese, 7.5 oz Butter, salted, 1.5 tbsp
Directions
Cook and drain the beef. Melt butter in pan and add onion, carrots and celery. Cook until tender. Stir in rice and spices. Scoop into blanched bell pepper halves, top each with .75 oz of cheese. Place them all in an oven-safe pan and bake for 8-10 minutes at 350°.
