Ingredients
1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast TSP/TBSP Spices Rosemary, dried spice, 1 tbsp Aldi/Equal Brand Minced Garlic, 2 tsp Basil (dried spice), 2 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Black Pepper 1 tbspTBSP Oils Barlean's Flax Oil, 4 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Note that the majority of the spices and oils are unused and left over in the cooking pan.
Directions
Marinating: First, put raw defrosted chicken into a cooking pan. Add in approximately four tablespoons of Flax oil covering the chicken breast and about a tablespoon of olive oil next to the chicken.

Preheat oven to 400.

Then, In a very small mixing bowl, combine rosemary, minced garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Stir. Put half of this mixture over the chicken breast and brush on.

Place the chicken in the oven. Leave at 400 degrees for the first 20 minutes of cooking. Then, remove chicken from over, turn it over, reapply the other half of the seasoning mix and return to over at 350 for the next twenty minutes.



Serving Size: Makes on very yummy chicken with spices.
