Crockpot Ground Turkey & Rice Hash

Ingredients
10 oz. Ground Turkey1 cup white rice1 shallot1 medium Onion1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (Healthy Request 10.75 oz)1 cup water2 cloves garlic1/4 cup BBQ sauce
Directions
Brown turkey & onion in frying pan. Mix turkey & onions with all other ingredients, except water. Place into crockpot...then add water.

Cook in crockpot for 4-6 hours. Breaks down into a casserole or hash-like consistency. Comfort food!
