Turkey Italian Sausage Grinder

Ingredients
1 lb turkey italian sausage1 12oz can tomato paste + 1 can water1 bay leaf2 tsp italian seasoning2 tsp crushed or minced garlic1 loaf french bread1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese-shredded
Directions
crumble & brown sausage until thoroughly cooked, drain. Add tomato paste,water,italian seasoning, garlic, & bay leave. stir until well mixed. cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
To serve: cut bread into 6equal pieces, then slice each piece in half long ways to make sub type sandwich. Remove bay leaf. Spoon sausage mixture onto bread and place on cookie sheet.
top each with the shredded parmesan and place under broiler until cheese melts. Makes 6 sub sandwiches.
