Cindy's MRC Homemade Spaghetti sauce

12- Roma tomatoes- ground2 tbsp oregano2 tbsp basil2 tbsp Italian seasoning1 tbsp black pepper1 pkt MRC tomatoe soup and herb1 tsp baking soda2 cloves garlic- minced1 tbsp onion powder2 tbsp olive oil16 oz Cindy's Turkey Italian Sausage (optional)
1. Remove skins from fresh tomatoes- cut a small cross at the end of each tomate.Place in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. remove from water and remove skin- place in blender and mix until smooth.
2.Cook sausage in tbsp olive oil over medium heat until done (cook in 1 oz portions)
3. Move to the side, add 1 tbsp olive oil and minced garlic saute until slightly browned.
4. add tomatoes and all the rest of the ingredients, stir to mix and cook over low heat for 1-2 hours.
Remove the sausage and seperate into portions.
Serving Size: 12 1/4 cup servings
