Tosca Reno Eat Clean Brown Rice Meatloaf

Ingredients
*Jenni-o Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz *Minute brown rice- 2/3 cooked rice, 1 cup *Chobani (Non-Fat Greek Yogurt - Plain), .66 serving (recipe calls for yogurt cheese, used greek yogurt as a substitute) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, choppedCelery, raw, .5 cup, diced *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp*Kosher Salt, 1 tsp Basil, .33 tbsOregano, ground, .33 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp *Bread Crumbs - Italian Style (Progresso), 0.33 cup (added because recipe was really wet)Egg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with a pair of clean hands.

3. Place in a loaf pan that has been sprayed lightly with non stick cooking spray

4. Bake for about one hour and let stand for 10 min before serving
