1 Package Angel Hair Spaghetti1/4 cup butter1/4 cup all-purpose flour1/2 tsp. salf1/4 tsp. pepper1 cup chicken broth1 cup heavy cream2 T sherry or water2 cups cooked chicken breast1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 350. Cook spaghetti as directed on package. While spaghetti is cooking, melt butter in 2-quart saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in broth and whipping cream. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Drain spaghetti. Stir spaghetti, sherry, chicken and mushrooms into sauce. Pour spaghetti mixture into ungreased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until bubbly in center.
