1/2 Tblsp sage1/2 Tblsp rosemary1 teasp salt1/2 teasp pepper2 Tblsp margarine1 Tblsp olive oil6 pork loin chops1 cup wine
mix the first 4 ingredients together and rub into the chops on both sides. melt margarine in skillet and add olive oil. brown chops on both sides in skillet, then add wine. bring wine to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes. remove chops, bring wine to a boil and stir constantly until reduced and thickened. serve sauce over chops.
