Garlic Parmesan Squash

Ingredients
1 Medium Zucchini squash, diced1 Medium Yellow (summer) Squash, diced1 medium size garlic clove, minced or pressed1/2 cup chopped red onion1 Tablespoon Olive Oil1 teaspoon black pepper1/8 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
In a medium sized skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Place the onions and the garlic into the skillet and saute until onions are clear. Add in pepper, zucchini and yellow squash; cook covered until squash is cooked (but still slightly firm.) Remove from heat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the entire mixture and cover until ready to serve.
