Authentic Miso Soup

Ingredients
4 Cups of water 1 1/2 tsp Dashi soup stock2-3 tbsp Miso Paste1 strand green onion1/2 block of medium firm or firm tofu1- 1 1/2 tsp wakame seaweed
Directions
Bring water to a boil
Add Dashi Soup Stock, stir, reduce heat to about medium
Add Miso paste, stirring until dissolved.
(some people like a saltier or stronger flavor of miso, so taste before adding more if you prefer)
Add onion (both green and white parts, sliced thinly in circles)
Add Tofu
Add Wakame (this came in a big bag of dried bits. trust me, they swell up)

Leave on medium heat for 10 minutes or so to soften veggies, I waited until the seaweed was a nice consistancy for my personal taste.
