Seasoned Black Beans in a Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Goya Black Beans, rinsed and drained (hold onto a little of the juice)1 tbsp of Sofrito (or whatever seasoning you prefer)1/3 cup of chopped raw onions1 tsp dried parsley 2 Large romaine lettuce leaves
Directions
Place already cooked beans in the pot along with the chopped onions and Sofrito and parsley. Bring to simmer and allow to thicken slightly. Let cool for a few minutes and place into cleaned lettuce leaf. Wrap beans in leaf and wrap again to keep contents from leaking out.
