Low calorie Creamy sauce for pasta or casseroles!

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups 1% Milk (you can use skim as well)1/2 cup water1 container Philadelphia Herb & Garlic cream cheese1/2 cup light Parmesan cheese2 cups of sliced mushrooms (about a pound)1 onion sliced
Directions
Heat cheeses, milk and water in a sauce pan (you may add flour to thicken if you wish). Once the cheese is melted add mushrooms and onions and simmer for 7-10 minutes until soft (stirring frequently). pour over casserole ingredients that have already been arranged in a baking dish and bake at 350F for 1-1.5 hours (or however long it takes your casserole ingredients to cook thoroughly.


If using as an alfredo sauce, add about a tbsp of flour and mix well, cook until thickened.
