1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled3 T. onion, chopped1 T. butter (margerine)3 medium potatoes, peeled, cut bite size & boiled10 oz. pkg. frozen corn, cooked2 cans cream of mushroom soup1 4oz. can mushrooms with juice2 C. milk, 2 %Salt & Pepper to taste
Cook bacon, crumble and set aside. Add butter to bacon pan, add onions and saute until cooked. Peel & prepare potatoes in bite size portions and boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Cook the corn as well. Meantime, mix soup well before adding the milk a little at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add all ingredients to soup mixture, heat and serve as a meal.
Makes about 12 cup servings.
