Curry Chickpeas

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes chopped and boiled1/2 medium cauliflower chopped and boiled2 small onions diced1 tsp garlic chopped1 can chickpeas1 tbsp curry powder1 tbsp cumin1/8 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp nutmeg1 tsp salt1 tbsp black pepper1 tbsp oil1 can tomato soup1/2 can milk
Directions
cook onion over med-low heat until clear (do not brown), add garlic and spices and stir constatly for a minute or two. Add soup and milk stirring constantly until it returns to boil. Add chick peas potato and cauliflower stir until coated with sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve over rice (not included in the calories).
