Spicy Apple Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
120 g chopped white onion117 g choppped Granny Smith Apple1/3 c apple juice2 tbsp apple cider vinegar2 cloves garlic, crushedMrs. Dash Salt-free Spicy Blend13/4 c Apple sauce677 g sliced pork tenderloin
Directions
Trim tenderloins and sear in hot pan; remove and set aside. Deglaze pan with apple juice and apple cider vinegar, add onions and apples. Saute about 5 -7 min and add garlic and seasoning. Once onions and apples are softened, add apple sauce and slice pork. Add pork to apple sauce mixture and finish in 400 degree oven, until pork is cooked the rest of the way through.

Serve over hot cooked basmati rice.
