Light Potato Salad

Ingredients
4 lbs red potatos1 1/2 Cup Light Miracle Whip10 large eggs, hard boiled1 Cup diced raw celery1 Cup chopped sweet onion1/4 Cup yellow mustardSaltPepperCelery saltPinch of sugar
Directions
Boil potatoes and eggs until done.
Chop celery and onion.
When potatoes and eggs are cool to the touch, peel and chop into a large mixing bowl. Mix together with chopped onion and celery, season with salt, pepper, celery salt, and sugar. Add mustard and Miracle Whip, stir until well mixed. May add more of any seasonings to taste.
Refrigerate. Best if made a day ahead.
