2.25 Tbsp Country Crock light tub margarine4 Tbsp Peanut Butter and Co, Bee's Knees peanut butter or other natural peanut butter1/3 cup Granulated sugar1/3 cup Brown sugar1 egg1 tsp vanilla1/3 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda1 1/8 cup Whole Wheat Flour3/4 cup Old-fashioned rolled oats2/3 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cream the fat and sugar. Add the egg and vanilla, and thoroughly mix.
In a separate bowl, mix the salt, baking soda, and flour together.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Mix/stir in the oats and chocolate chips.
Bake for 8-10 minutes (I did nine minutes).
Remove cookies from cookie sheet two minutes after taking them out of the oven.
Serving Size: 1 cookie, batch makes 40 cookies
