Tomato Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Onions, raw, 1 large *Cascadian Farm Cut Green Beans, 1 cup Peas, frozen, 1 cupYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Canned Tomatoes, 2 can Garlic, 4 clove Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) Red Potato, 300 grams
Directions
Mix everything together and simmer in a big pot.

Should get about ten servings (one cup each).
