24 oz. ground turkey breast2 slices natures own whole wheat bread1/2 cup 1% milk2 egg whites1 1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. black pepper2 Tbsp. minced onions1/2 tsp. sage1/2 tsp. dry mustard1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, tear bread into small pieces, add milk. Mix. Add egg whites, and all seasoning. Mix well. Add ground turkey. Mix well. Pat out into loaf pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour, remove foil and bake another 15 mins. or until temperature reaches 160. Makes 6--4 oz. servings.
